Notification of acceptance: December 15, 2005
Camera ready copy due: January 20, 2006
This is a strict deadline and will NOT be extended.
Submit your final, camera-ready copies.

All accepted papers must follow the style guide of IEEE Computer Society Press for final camera-ready copy.
